Program Milestones

Program Equipment

At Fast Training Center, we use state-of-the-art training equipment to provide the most realistic training experience possible. Our training sessions feature modern mannequins, makeup tools for injury simulations, and a variety of other high-quality equipment. Additionally, we collaborate with your organization to use both our equipment and any on-site resources. A list of required equipment will be provided to you in advance.

Training Evaluations and Assessment Criteria

To ensure that the program is effective and meets its objectives, we follow the Kirkpatrick assessment framework to evaluate the success of the training across the following areas:

• Reaction: Measure participant feedback and their overall reaction to the training program.
• Learning: Assess whether the training objectives were successfully achieved.
• Behavior: Evaluate the transfer of knowledge, skills, and attitudes from the training to the actual workplace setting.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will receive certifications from internationally recognized organizations, including:

• HSI (Health & Safety Institute)
• ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute)
• Egyptian Red Crescent

In addition to the official certifications, participants will also receive Fast Training Center certificates, validating their expertise in emergency response protocols.
